Terms of Service

By accessing or using AI MAXXERS (aimaxxers.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

AI MAXXERS analyzes a public LinkedIn profile you submit and returns an automated "AI Maxxing Score" across a 9-rung AI Capability Ladder, plus tags and an optional paid Full Report. Scores, tags, and reports are automatically generated estimates for informational and entertainment purposes only — they are not professional, hiring, financial, or legal advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. No account is required to get a free score; some features may require signing in. You are responsible for activity carried out through your use of the service.

Only submit LinkedIn profile URLs you have the right to analyze — your own, or publicly available professional profiles. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or defame anyone, to overload or disrupt the service or extract data from it in bulk, to reverse-engineer it, or to gain unauthorized access to any part of it. We may rate-limit, suspend, or block usage that we believe is abusive.

Analysis relies on publicly available information retrieved through third-party providers and generated by AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any score, tag, or report, and results may contain errors. Do not rely on them for employment, financial, or other significant decisions.

You may share and use the results generated for a profile you submit. AI MAXXERS retains ownership of the platform — including its design, code, scoring methodology, and brand. AI MAXXERS is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or any other platform mentioned.

The AI Maxxing Score is free. The optional Full Report is a one-time payment (currently $1.99; the price may change), processed securely by Stripe. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Because reports are generated and delivered instantly, all sales are final unless required by law — if a report fails to generate, contact us for a refund.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI MAXXERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for abuse. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
