Is Your Profile?

Real profiles, real scores — tap one, or drop your own.
Recruiters search keywords.
Your profile is missing them.
Recruiters filling AI roles search LinkedIn for specific terms — RAG, agents, evals, LLM APIs, prompt engineering. If your profile doesn't carry them, you never surface, however good you are. Your score shows which signals you have, which you're missing, and the exact words to add.
How to check your AI readiness score
Three steps, about 60 seconds, free.
- Drop your LinkedIn URL. One input. No signup, no forms, no login.
- Get scored on 9 rungs. From AI-native productivity to AI research — each rung 0–10, with a reason.
- Add what's missing. You leave knowing the exact keywords and proof points to put on your profile — then re-run and watch the score move.
FAQ
What is an AI Maxxing Score?
A 0–100 measure of how ready your career is for the AI era, computed from your public LinkedIn profile. You're scored 0–10 on each of the 9 rungs of the AI Capability Ladder — with a specific reason for every score — and placed at an AI Level from AI User to AI Researcher.
Is it free?
Yes. Scoring your profile is free, forever — no signup, no card, no login. You get your 0–100 AI Maxxing Score, your track and tier, all 9 capability scores with a specific reason for each, your strongest signal, and the one move that would raise your score. There is nothing to buy on the job-seeker side at all: the only paid product is full access to the Maxxers Leaderboard, the search tool founders and recruiters use to find talent.
How long does it take?
About 60 seconds. One input — your LinkedIn URL — no signup, no forms, no login. Profiles that have already been scored open instantly.
What are the 9 rungs of the AI Capability Ladder?
AI-Native Productivity, Prompt Engineering & Workflows, Vibe Coding & Prototyping, AI Application Integration, AI Automation & Agents, AI Product Implementation, Model Customization, AI Infrastructure & LLMOps, and AI Research. Each is scored independently, so a non-engineer can max the early rungs without touching the specialist ones.
Do I need to be technical to score well?
No. The ladder rewards how you actually use AI. A marketer running serious AI-assisted campaigns can score 8–9 on the productivity and workflow rungs. Only the top 3 rungs (fine-tuning, infrastructure, research) require hands-on engineering.
Does working at an AI company boost my score?
Yes. Experience at AI-native companies and AI product teams counts as strong evidence across the rungs your role touches — even when your profile text is sparse.
Is my LinkedIn data private?
Yes. The analysis is read-only — nothing is ever posted to your profile. We only read what's already publicly visible. Your result is reachable only through your own share link, and result pages are never listed publicly or indexed by search engines.
What do I actually have to pay for?
Nothing, if you're here for your own score — every part of your result page is free. The one paid product is full access to the Maxxers Leaderboard, the hiring-side search: founders and recruiters pay $99 once for lifetime access to the complete ranked list. Searching it for free still works and every filter is open — each search just shows you the top 10 matches.
I'm hiring. What does $99 get me?
Lifetime full access to the Maxxers Leaderboard — no subscription, no seat count, no renewal. Every filter is free for everyone — industry, pedigree, B2B/B2C, tool, capability, track, seniority, score range, years of experience, location and free-text, stacked as AND conditions. Shortlisting is free too — sign in and you can save anyone and filter back down to just the people you saved. What $99 buys is the full ranked list for every search instead of the top 10. So you can prove the people you need are in here before you pay a penny. You'll sign in with Google before paying — that account is what your access is attached to, so you can get back in on any device.
Can I claim my own profile?
Yes, and it's free. Sign in with Google on the dashboard and paste your LinkedIn URL — we check the name on your Google account against the profile, and if it matches you get it straight away. Anything borderline goes to a person to confirm. Once it's yours you can add a one-line pitch, what you're open to, and your proof of work: projects, repos and demos with links, shown on your public page as your own claims. None of it changes your score.
Can I re-score my profile later?
Yes. Every result page has a Re-run button that re-analyzes your profile with the latest scoring. Your share link stays the same, so anyone who has it always sees your newest score.
Whose profile can I score?
Any public LinkedIn profile. Try the featured AI and product leaders on the homepage in one click, or drop your own.
